Reservation & Cancellation Policy To secure your reservation, credit card details are required at the time of booking. Please note, a charge of £10 per person will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or in the case of a no-show.
Booking Duration: Tables of 1–4 guests: 90-minute seating. Tables of 5 or more guests: 120-minute seating. If you require additional time at your table, please let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you have not arrived within this time, your reservation will be cancelled and the £10 per person fee will be charged.
Special Dates & Deposits: On selected dates of significance, a £10 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future date if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
If you need to amend your booking, please note that a new reservation date must be selected, as we are unable to hold unallocated deposits.
